【摘要】 基于新工科建设背景，以清华大学人事制度改革为契机，以培养大机械类创新人才为目标，以国家级实验教学示范中心平台为依托，以清华大学多层次大学生实践项目为支撑体系，同时结合多年教学经验与资源，对机械创新实验室进行了改革与建设等相关工作，取得了一定成果，为今后相关实验室建设提供了新的思路与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the background of new engineering construction, taking the reform of personnel system of Tsinghua University as an opportunity, aiming at training innovative talents of mechanical disciplines, relying on the platform of national experimental teaching demonstration center, underpinned by the multi-level university student practice projects of Tsinghua University, combined with many years of teaching experience and resources, the reform and construction of the mechanical innovation laboratory have been carried out, which have achieved certain results, providing new ideas and methods for construction of related laboratories in the future.更多还原
