【摘要】 原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)是一种在头面部、口腔内三叉神经分布区域内的阵发性剧烈疼痛。中医属于“面痛”范畴，多与外感邪气、情志不调等因素有关。西医认为本病与感觉性癫痫样发作、微血管压迫神经、解剖结构异常等有关。该病发病率不高，诊断并不困难，但治疗较为棘手，疗效不够理想。为明确PTN的诊治理论知识，推广临床非手术治疗经验，提高PTN的诊疗效果，预防减少PTN的反复发作，本文参考国内外文献，结合专家经验，对PTN的病因、临床表现、辨证分型、治疗方案、疗效评价以及预防保健方面分别从西医和中医角度进行阐述并制定原发性三叉神经痛中西医非手术诊疗方法的专家共识。更多还原
【Abstract】 Primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN) is a paroxysmal severe pain in the distribution area of the trigeminal nerves in the head, face and mouth. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) classifies PTN as “facial pain”, which is mostly related to the factors such as external feelings of evil qi and emotional irregularities. Western medicine believes that the disease is related to sensory epileptic seizures, microvascular compression of nerves and anatomical abnormalities. The incidence of the disease is not high, the diagnosis is not difficult, but the treatment is more difficult and the efficacy is not ideal. In order to clarify the theoretical knowledge of PTN diagnosis and treatment, promote the experience of clinical non-surgical treatment, improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of PTN, prevent and reduce the recurrence of PTN, this paper refers to domestic and foreign literature, combined with expert experience, expounds on the etiology, clinical manifestations, differential typing, treatment plan, efficacy evaluation and preventive health care of PTN from the perspectives of western medicine and TCM, and formulates an expert consensus on the non-surgical diagnosis and treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia in TCM and western medicine.更多还原
