保温保压保形取心工具优化设计及应用

【摘要】 在精细评价非常规油气的赋存特点及制定高效合理的开发方案时,需要计算接近原始地层的含气量、孔隙度和渗透率等基础数据,为此,开发了保温保压保形取心技术。该技术优化了大通径球阀结构,使其取心直径和密封能力同步得到了提升,且球阀整体结构更加稳定;优化形成了气液补偿总成系统,可消除氮气补偿总成释放的氮气对岩心含气量测定的影响;优选的二氧化硅气凝胶保温材料与常规真空保温内筒相比,在保温性能、工艺加工及后期维护方面更具有优势。保压保温保形取心工具可在煤层气井和页岩气井的水平段进行保压取心作业,取心收获率均超过95%,地面保压率均达到85%以上。现场应用结果表明,该型取心工具现场施工工艺完善,保压、保气效果良好,可为深层非常规油气勘探开发提供技术支撑。

【Abstract】 In the fine evaluation of the occurrence characteristics of unconventional oil and gas and the formulation of efficient and reasonable development plans, it is necessary to calculate the basic data such as gas content, porosity and permeability close to the original formation. Therefore, the heat-pressure-shape-preserved coring technology was developed. This technology optimizes the structure of large diameter ball valve, improves the coring diameter and sealing ability synchronously, and the overall structure of the ball valve is more stable. The gas-liquid compensation assembly system was optimized to eliminate the influence of nitrogen released by nitrogen compensation assembly on the measurement of gas content in cores. Compared with the conventional vacuum insulation inner cylinder, the optimized silica aerogel insulation material has more advantages in insulating property, manufacturing and maintenance, which provides conditions for the acquisition of insulation cores. The heat-pressure-shape-preserved coring tool can be used for pressure-preserved coring in the horizontal section of coalbed methane wells and shale gas wells, with coring recovery rate exceeding 95%, and ground pressure-retention rate being more than 85%. The field application results show that the field construction technology of this type of heat-pressure-shape-preserved coring tool is perfect, and the pressure and gas preservation effect is good, which provides technical support for the exploration and development of deep unconventional oil and gas.
