【摘要】 目的 ：探讨热敏灸联合中医定向透药疗法对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复的护理效果。方法 ：选择2020年3月至2021年11月在江西省萍乡市中医院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除患者60例，采用随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组术后进行常规护理，观察组则是在常规护理基础上予以热敏灸联合中医定向透药疗法，每天1次，至术后3 d或首次排便。对两组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、首次耐受固体食物时间、满意度及术后不良反应发生率等进行对比分析。结果 ：观察组排气、排便时间和肠鸣音恢复时间均早于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。观察组患者满意度高于对照组（P <0.05），术后不良反应发生率则低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 ：热敏灸联合中医定向透药疗法对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能恢复的护理效果较好，患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气和排便时间、首次耐受固体食物时间均较早，术后不良反应发生率低，患者满意度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the nursing effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods: Sixty patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province from March 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 patients in each group with random number method. The control group received routine nursing after operation, and the observation group received heat sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on the basis of routine nursing, once a day until 3 days after operation or the first defecation. The recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time, the first time to tolerate solid food, satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results: Exhaust, defecation time and bowel sound recovery time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration therapy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy is better. The recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of anal exhaust, the time of anal defecation, and the time of first tolerance to solid food are earlier, the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions is low, and the patients’ satisfaction is high.更多还原
