【摘要】 目的 ：建立月季蜡叶标本颜色测定的三种方法。方法 ：分别采用传统目测评价法、色差法、紫外分光光度法三种方法客观描述月季蜡叶标本叶和花的颜色变化。结果 ：色差法、紫外分光光度法测叶绿素含量与目测评价法结果一致，并且更加客观精确。结论 ：色差法、紫外分光光度法测叶绿素含量可应用于月季蜡叶标本颜色量化研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish three methods for color determination of rose wax leaves. Methods: The traditional visual evaluation method, color difference method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry method were used to objectively describe the color changes of leaves and flowers of wax leaf specimens of Chinese rose. Results: The results of color difference method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry method were consistent with that of visual evaluation method and were more objective and accurate. Conclusion: Color difference method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of chlorophyll content can quantify the color of rose wax leaf samples.更多还原
