【Abstract】 The pharmaceutical care practice of clinical pharmacists in ICU of the Sixth People’s Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University was introduced and the main contents of their service included pharmaceutical ward round, pharmaceutical consultation, pharmaceutical monitoring, medical orders examination, adverse reaction monitoring, drug consultation and so on.
