稀散金属铼离子液体应用于热流体性能研究
Study on Application of Rhenium Ionic Liquid in Thermal Fluid
【摘要】 离子液体在许多工程应用中被视为绿色介质,并表现出特殊的性能。结合本实验室前期工作,收集了1-己基-3-甲基咪唑高铼酸盐离子液体([C6mim][ReO4])的密度、表面张力和等压热容值,计算得到了等压热膨胀系数、等温压缩系数、等容热容、储热密度和导热系数值;将上述性质与文献报道的具有热流体潜力的离子液体和较为常用的商业热流体进行了比较,结果显示在298.15 K时,[C6mim][ReO4]的储能密度为2.074 J·k-1·cm-3,导热系数为0.189 W·m-1·K-1,高于广泛研究的[TFSI]-基离子液体和广泛应用的商业传热流体,且几乎不受温度的影响。而且[C6mim][ReO4]表现出较低的热膨胀性,其热膨胀系数值低于[TFSI]-基离子液体和传热流体。总之,所有本文研究的关键性质都表明[C6mim][ReO4]适合作为热流体。
【Abstract】 Ionic liquids are considered green media in many engineering applications and exhibit special properties.Based on the previous work of our laboratory,the density,surface tension and isobaric heat capacity of1-hexyl-3-methylimidazole perrhenate ionic liquid ([C6mim][ReO4]) were collected,and the isobaric thermal expansion coefficient,isothermal compression coefficient,isobaric heat capacity,heat storage density and thermal conductivity coefficient were calculated.The above properties were compared with ionic liquids with thermal potential reported in the literature and commercial thermal fluids.The results showed that at 298.15 K,the energy storage density of[C6mim][ReO4]was 2.074 J·k-1·cm-3,and the thermal conductivity was 0.189 W·m-1·k-1,being higher than the widely studied[TFSI]- based ionic liquids and widely used commercial heat transfer fluids,and almost unaffected by temperature.Moreover,[C6mim][ReO4]exhibited a lower thermal expansion coefficient than[TFSI]- based ionic liquid and heat transfer fluid.In conclusion,all the key properties investigated in this paper support[C6mim][ReO4]as a suitable thermal fluid.
