微波热解油泥研究进展

【摘要】 来源于储油罐底部的油泥(含油污泥)属于危险固体废弃物。如何对油泥进行有效安全处置和资源化利用是各大炼油厂和原油储运企业所面临的难题。在分析利用微波热解处置油泥和回收油气资源的技术原理和技术优势的基础上,综述了催化剂种类、数量、微波热解的工艺条件对油泥处理产物的油气品质、产量的影响。最后,在如何有效提高油泥微波处置后热解油品质和热解残渣处理上进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Oily sludge from the bottom of oil storage tank belongs to hazardous solid waste. Its effective and safe disposal and reuse stays a difficult problem faced by major refineries and enterprises involved in crude oil storage and transportation. On the basis of analyzing the technical principles and technical advantages of using microwave pyrolysis to treat sludge and recover oil and gas resources, the effects of catalyst type, dosage and technological conditions of microwave pyrolysis on the oil and gas quality and yield of sludge treatment products were reviewed.Finally, how to effectively improve the quality of pyrolysis oil and the treatment of pyrolysis residue after microwave treatment of sludge was prospected.
