基于功能化金纳米颗粒检测农产品中Pb2+的研究
Detection of Pb2+ Ions in Agricultural Products Based on Functionalized Gold Nanoparticles
【摘要】 研发一种基于对谷胱甘肽功能化金纳米颗粒(GSH @ AuNPs)比色法快速简便检测农产品中的重金属铅离子浓度的方法。消化处理后的农产品中有 Pb2+存在时,Pb2+可诱导功能化金纳米颗粒聚集而形成稳定的螯合物,体系颜色逐渐加深,由酒红色变为蓝色或紫色,从而实现比色检测。结果表明:在优化显色条件后,该方法具有良好的重现性、灵敏度和抗干扰性;功能化金纳米颗粒检测 Pb2+的检测限可以达到 0.01 μmol·L-1,在 2.072~207.2 μg·L-1范围内 Pb2+质量浓度与吸光度的变化值呈良好的线性关系(R2 = 0.989 5);通过同石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定农产品中 Pb2+浓度的比较,两种方法的测定结果基本保持一致,无显著差异。该方法操作简单,无须大型仪器,非常适合基层实验室的快速筛查。
【Abstract】 A rapid and simple method based on glutathione functionalized gold nanoparticles (GSH @ AuNPs)colorimetry was developed for the determination of heavy metal lead (II) ion in agricultural products. If there was Pb2+ions in the digested agricultural products, functionalized gold nanoparticles could aggregate to form a stable chelate.The color of the system gradually deepened from wine red to blue or purple to realize colorimetric detection. The results showed that this method possessed good reproducibility, sensitivity, and anti-interference after optimizing the condition of color, and the detection limit of functionalized gold nanoparticles for the detection of Pb2+ reached0.01 μmo·L-1. There was a linear relationship between the mass concentration of Pb2+ with the change value of absorbance in the range of 2.072 ~ 207.2 μg·L-1 (R2 = 0.989 5). Compared with the determination of Pb2+ ions in agricultural products by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, the results of the two methods were basically consistent, and there was no significant difference. This method is simple to operate and does not need large instruments. It is very suitable for rapid screening in low-level laboratory.
