中低温煤焦油胶质组成与结构分析
Composition and Structure Characterization of Resin From Medium and Low-Temperature Coal Tar
【摘要】 综合采用元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、紫外光谱和荧光光谱等技术,对陕北榆林地区中低温煤焦油胶质重组分进行表征分析。结果表明:煤焦油胶质组分H/C原子比较低为0.85,杂原子硫、氮、氧中,氧原子含量较高且主要以C—O结构形式存在。胶质组分芳香度fA偏高,烷基侧链较短,主要以乙基或丙基形式存在。胶质芳香片层结构中以2~4个缩合芳环数居多。胶质在甲苯溶剂中,当质量浓度超过50mg·L-1时,胶质分子间容易产生缔合,随着胶质质量浓度的增大,缔合性增强。
【Abstract】 The compositions and structures of resin derived from medium and low-temperature coal tar were investigated by using elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum,ultraviolet spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that the H/C atom ratio of resin was lower(0.85). The heteroatomic oxygen content was higher and mainly existed in the form of C—O structure. The resin fraction contained higher aromaticity degree and shorter alkyl side chain, which mainly existed in the form of ethyl or propyl group. Moreover, the resin molecular contained more 2~4 rings condensed aromatic structures. When the mass concentration of resin in toluene solvent exceeded 50 mg·L-1, resin molecules could easily associate with each other. In addition, with the increase of resin mass concentration, the association ability was enhanced.
