SAPO-34分子筛的合成及影响因素研究进展

【摘要】 低碳烯烃是十分重要的工业化工原料,尤其是乙烯和丙烯,市场需求量越来越大,而SAPO-34分子筛是甲醇制烯烃工艺发展的决策性因素。介绍了SAPO-34分子筛的合成方法和影响因素,通过调变SAPO-34分子筛的组成、模板剂、合成条件等因素可制备出符合工业要求的催化剂。对SAPO-34分子筛的发展方向进行了展望,高性能低污染的SAPO-34分子筛的制备方式将是未来的研究重点。

【Abstract】 Low-carbon olefins are very important industrial chemical raw materials,especially ethylene and propylene,the market demand is increasing. SAPO-34 molecular sieve has become a decisive factor in the development of methanol to olefins process. The synthesis methods and influencing factors of SAPO-34 molecular sieve were introduced. Catalysts meeting industrial requirements could be prepared by adjusting the composition,template agent,synthesis conditions and other factors of SAPO-34 molecular sieve. The development direction of SAPO-34 molecular sieve was prospected,and the preparation method of SAPO-34 molecular sieve with high performance and low pollution would be the focus of future research.
