ZrO2颗粒含量对2A12铝合金微弧氧化膜耐蚀性的影响
Effect of ZrO2 nanoparticle content on corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation coating on 2A12 aluminum alloy
【摘要】 为了提高2A12铝合金微弧氧化膜层的耐蚀性,利用非对称双极性脉冲电源制备具有不同纳米ZrO2颗粒含量的微弧氧化复合膜层,研究了纳米ZrO2颗粒对2A12铝合金微弧氧化膜层耐蚀性的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪、电化学工作站等仪器对复合膜层进行分析测试.结果表明:当电解液中加入1 g/L的ZrO2颗粒时,复合膜层中的自腐蚀电流密度最小,极化电阻值最高,耐蚀性最好;当复合膜层中ZrO2颗粒含量由2 g/L增加到3 g/L时,复合膜层中形成的裂纹明显增多,复合膜层的耐蚀性下降.
【Abstract】 In order to improve the corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation coating on 2 A12 aluminum alloy, an asymmetric bipolar pulsed power supply was used to prepare micro-arc oxidation composite coatings with different ZrO2 nanoparticle contents, and the effect of ZrO2 nanoparticles on the corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation coatings on 2 A12 aluminum alloy was studied. Scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer, X ray diffractometer and electrochemical workstation and other devices were used to analyze and test the composite coatings. The results show that the corrosion current density in composite coating is the smallest when 1 g/L ZrO2 nanoparticles were added to the electrolyte, and the polarization resistance value is the highest with the best corrosion resistance. When the ZrO2 nanoparticle content in composite coating increases from 2 g/L to 3 g/L, the crack formation in composite coating gets significantly increased and the corrosion resistance of composite film declines.
