油田减氧空气膜分离装置应用研究
Application of Deoxidized Air Membrane Separation Device in Oilfield
【摘要】 油田注空气是一种经济有效的提高采收率技术,但注空气过程中存在着油气-空气混合物爆炸的风险和隐患。为此,提出了利用减氧空气减爆和防爆的方法,利用膜分离从空气中制备减氧空气具有成本低、现场操作简单的优势。根据油田注气工况和要求,对膜分离组件进气要求、滤芯选用标准、过滤器排污系统设计、除水系统(冷干机)设计、活性炭过滤器设计选型、主要损耗件更换、减氧空气膜分离组件选用等进行了规范和描述,对于驱油用空气的制备及其设备系统具有较好的工程实际应用和指导价值。
【Abstract】 Oilfield air injection serves as an economic and effective technology to improve recovery efficiency.However, there exist risk and danger of oil-air mixture explosion during the process of air injection. To this end, the explosion weakening and prevention by way of oxygen-reducing has been proposed. According to this method,membrane separation can be used to prepare the oxygen-reduced air, which is advantageous due to low cost and easy operation. In light of the working condition and requirement of the oilfield air injection, specifications and descriptions have been made involving the requirement of the air flow of membrane separation component, selection standard of filter element, design of filter sewage system, design of water removal system(air dryer), design and selection of activated carbon filter, replacement of main wearing parts, as well as membrane separation components of deoxidized air. It provides guidance and is conducive to the practical application in project in terms of air preparation and equipment system for the purpose of oil displacement.
