【摘要】 目的 探讨颞叶癫痫(TLE)患者颞叶灰质体积的变化。方法 回顾性选取临床上诊断为TLE患者61例(其中左侧TLE组33例,右侧TLE组28例)以及正常对照组35例,所有受试者均行3D结构像扫描,采用FreeSurfer软件分析,计算和比较病例组与正常对照组之间颞叶灰质体积。结果 左侧TLE组左侧颞叶灰质体积及右侧TLE组右侧颞叶灰质体积较正常对照组均缩小(P<0.05),且左、右侧TLE组自身对比,病侧颞叶灰质体积较对侧均缩小(P<0.05),左侧TLE组中,左侧颞中回、颞下回灰质体积较对侧缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),右侧TLE组中,右侧颞上回、颞下回灰质体积较对侧缩小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TLE患者颞叶灰质体积存在不同程度缩小,采用FreeSurfer软件能定量测定上述灰质体积的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of temporal gray matter volume in temperal lobe epilepsy(TLE) patients.Methods 61cases of clinically diagnosed TLE patients(33 cases in the left TLE group,28 cases in the right TLE group) and 35 normal controls were retrospectively selected.All subjects underwent 3D structural image scanning.FreeSurfer software was used to analyze,and temporal gray matter volume between the case group and the normal control group was calculated and compared.Results The gray matter volume of the left temporal lobe in the left TLE group and the right temporal lobe in the right TLE group were smaller than those in the normal control group(P<0.05).The gray matter volume of the diseased side was smaller than that of the contralateral side(P<0.05).In the left TLE group,the gray matter volume of the left middle temporal gyrus and inferior temporal gyrus was smaller than that of the contralateral side,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the right TLE group,the gray matter volume of the right superior temporal gyrus and inferior temporal gyrus was smaller than that of the contralateral side,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The temporal lobe gray matter volume decreased to varying degrees in TLE patients,FreeSurfer software can quantitatively measure the above changes.更多还原
