【摘要】 目的 比较MRI及经阴道超声（TVU）对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室（CSD）的评估价值。方法 回顾性分析87例剖宫产手术后行MRI及TVU检查的结果。结果 MRI显示剖宫产术后子宫单纯瘢痕及瘢痕憩室的敏感性高于TVU（P<0.05）;MRI T2 WI序列与TVU对CSD长度、宽度及近似体积测量值的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;增强磁共振成像（CE-MRI）与TVU对CSD宽度及近似体积测量值的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;MRI T₂WI序列与CE-MRI对CSD长度测量值差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 TVU可作为CSD常规检查方法,MRI诊断和评估CSD的价值大于TVU,CE-MRI在诊断和评估CSD方面相对于MRI T2 WI无优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the value of MRI and transvaginal ultrasound（TVU） in evaluating cesarean scar diverticulum（CSD）.Methods The MRI and TVU of 87 cases of cesarean section were analyzed retrospectively.Results The sensitivity of MRI in diagnosing simple scar and diverticulum after cesarean section was higher than TVU（P<0.05）.The differences in the CSD length,CSD width and approximate volumemeasured between MRI T₂ WI and TVU were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The differences in CSD width and approximate volume measured between contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging（CE-MRI） and TVU were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The difference in CSD length measured between MRI T₂ WI and CE-MRI was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion TVU can be used as a routine examination for CSD.The value of MRI in diagnosis and evaluation of CSD is higher than TVU.CE-MRI is not superior to MRI T₂ WI in diagnosis and evaluation of CSD.更多还原
