两种燃烧模型对重型燃气轮机燃烧室污染物排放影响对比研究

【摘要】 为研究重型燃气轮机燃烧室NO_x排放预估问题,以M701型重型燃气轮机的燃烧室为研究对象,基于预混燃烧与柔和燃烧两种燃烧模型,应用数值模拟的方法研究燃烧室内的温度分布情况,采用优化分析的方法研究一次风量、二次风量、一次风温及二次风温对NO_x排放的影响。将两种燃烧模型的数值优化结果进行对比分析,结果表明:在燃料相同的情况下,采用柔和燃烧模型(适当提高一次风温)可以有效减少NO_x排放。

【Abstract】 In order to study the prediction of NOxemission in the combustion chamber of heavy duty gas turbine, M701 heavy duty gas turbine is considered as the research object. Based on two combustion models of premixed combustion and soft combustion, the temperature distribution in the combustion chamber is studied by numerical simulation, and the influence of primary air volume, secondary air volume, primary air temperature and secondary air temperature on NOxemission is studied by optimization analysis method. The numerical optimization results of the two combustion models demonstrate that under the condition of the same fuel, the soft combustion model can effectively reduce NOxemissions by properly increasing the primary air temperature.
