校准300℃及以下廉金属热电偶自动测量系统的测试方法研究

【摘要】 JJF1637-2017《廉金属热电偶校准规范》于2018年实施,新版校准规范将300℃及以下的计量标准器修改为使用二等标准铂电阻温度计,从而衍生出可以在恒温槽中自动校准廉金属热电偶的温度自动测量系统等设备。参考JJF1637-2017《廉金属热电偶校准规范》和JJF1098-2003《热电偶、热电阻自动测量系统》内容,提出300℃及以下温度自动测量系统的标准器,计量特性,校准项目,给出具体校准方法。通过试验数据,分析测量结果不确定度,对温度自动测量系统和人工测试数据进行比对验证,认为提出的计量特性参考指标是准确的,合理的。

【Abstract】 JJF1637-2017 Calibration Specification for Base Metal Thermocouples was implemented in 2018, and the new version of the calibration specification modifies the measurement standard at 300℃ and below to use a second-class standard platinum resistance thermometer, thus deriving equipment such as an automatic temperature measurement system that can automatically measure the temperature of cheap metal thermocouples in a constant temperature bath. Refer to JJF1637-2017 Calibration Specification for Base Metal Thermocouples and JJF1098-2003 Calibration Specification for Auto-measuring System of Thermocouples and Resistance Thermal Resistances, the standardizer, measurement characteristics, calibration items of automatic temperature measurement systems at 300℃ and below are proposed, and specific calibration methods are given. Through the test data, the uncertainty of the measurement results is analyzed, and the automatic temperature measurement system and the manual test data are compared and verified, and the reference index of the measurement characteristics proposed is correct and reasonable.
