HPLC-CAD同时测定复方醋酸钠林格注射液中钠、钾、镁、钙的含量
Simultaneous determination of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium in compound sodium acetate Ringer injection by HPLC-CAD
【摘要】 该文建立一种HPLC-CAD方法同时测定复方醋酸钠林格注射液中钠、钾、镁、钙离子的含量。采用SiELC Primesep A柱,以0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液-0.25%三氟乙酸乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流量1 mL/min,柱温30℃,电雾式检测器(CAD)参数:数据采集频率10 Hz,滤波5 s,雾化器温度50℃。检测结果表明钠、钾、镁、钙的线性范围分别为3~60μg/mL、3~60μg/mL、0.5~10μg/mL、1.2~24μg/mL,线性关系良好(n=6)。平均回收率分别为101.7%、98.41%、99.28%、99.73%(n=9)。该文建立的HPLC-CAD方法可用于复方醋酸钠林格注射液中的钠、钾、镁和钙离子的含量测定,研究结果可为复方醋酸钠林格注射液的质量评价提供新方法。
【Abstract】 To establish a HPLC-CAD method to simultaneously determine the content of sodium, potassium,magnesium, calcium in compound sodium acetate Ringer injection. The analysis was performed on SiELC Primesep A column with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution and 0.25% trifluoroacetic acid acetonitrile as the mobile phase under gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, the column temperature was set at30℃. CAD parameters was 10 Hz for sampling rate, 50 ℃ for the nebulizer temperature, and filter for 5 s. The linear ranges of sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium were 3-60 μg/mL, 3-60 μg/mL, 0.5-10 μg/mL, 1.2-24 μg/mL, respectively(n=6). The average recoveries were 101.7%, 98.41%, 99.28%, 99.73%, respectively(n=9). The established HPLC-CAD method can be used for the determination of sodium, potassium,magnesium and calcium ions in compound sodium acetate Ringer injection. The research results provide a new method for the quality evaluation of compound sodium acetate Ringer injection.
