海水淡化过程中硼的现场快速测定

【摘要】 针对传统的甲亚胺-H分光光度法,通过优化乙酸盐缓冲液pH缩短显色反应的时间,建立同一校准曲线下,快速测定海水和淡化产水中硼浓度的分析方法。方法中,当静置时间达20 min时,显色即可完全。通过实验确定,该分析方法不受海水高盐基体效应的影响。硼的浓度范围在0.10~2.0μg/mL之间时,校准曲线的线性系数达0.999 9。计算得到该分析方法的检出限和测定下限分别为0.024μg/mL和0.096μg/mL,精密度试验结果的偏差值均小于2.5%(n=10)。测定采集自黄海沿岸、南海深层的天然海水以及其淡化产水,加标回收率为92.5%~101%。该方法操作简便,适合用于海水淡化现场的测定。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem existed in the traditional methylenimine-H spectrophotometry, it made an improvement in the shortened color reaction time by optimizing the pH of the acetate buffer. Thus an analytical method for rapid determination of boron in seawater and desalination water was established under the same calibration curve. In the method, when the sedimentation time reached 20 min, the complexation process could be completed. Experimental results demonstrated that the method was not affected by the high salt matrix of seawater. The correlation coefficient of calibration curve could reach 0.999 9, when the concentration of boron was between 0.10 μg/mL to 2.0 μg/mL. The detection limit and limit of determination of the method was0.024 μg/mL and 0.096 μg/mL, respectively. Moreover, the deviations of precision test were all less than 2.5%(n=10). Seawater samples were collected from the coast of the Yellow Sea and the deep part of South China Sea, respectively. Concentrations of boron in the samples and product water of desalination were determined.The measured recoveries were between 92.5% to 101%. The method was simply operated, and was suitable for on-site determination during seawater desalination.
