【摘要】 目的 探讨动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)结合多b值扩散加权成像(DWI)对宫颈癌病理分期的诊断价值。方法 选取65例宫颈癌患者，且经术后病理证实，所有患者均行DCE-MRI、多b值DWI检查，并与术后病理检查结果比较。结果 宫颈癌病理分期越高回流速率常数(Kep)、容积转运常数(Ktrans)、容积分数(Ve)参数值越大(P<0.05);DCE-MRI、多b值DWI、DCE-MRI结合多b值诊断符合率分别为89.23%、90.77%、95.38%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DCE-MRI结合多b值DWI可提高宫颈癌病理分期诊断，辅助临床判断病情，具有一定指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) combined with multi-b-value diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) in pathological staging of cervical cancer.Methods 65 patients with cervical cancer were selected, and confirmed by pathology after surgery.All patients were subjected to DCE-MRI and multi-b-value DWI,and the examination results were compared with postoperative pathological results.Results The higher the pathological stage of cervical cancer, the larger the reflux rate constant(Kep),the volume transfer constant(Ktrans),and the volume fraction(Ve)(P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rates of DCE-MRI,multi-b-value DWI,and DCE-MRI combined with multi-b-value DWI were 89.23%,90.77%,and 95.38%,respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of DCE-MRI and multi-b-value DWI can improve the pathological staging of cervical cancer and assist clinical judgment of the disease, which indicates certain guiding significance.更多还原
