【摘要】 目的 探讨影响本地区皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者预后的相关因素。方法 回顾性分析接受治疗的皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者的临床资料，均经过病理学确诊，并按照纳入及排除标准筛选，最终有60例患者纳入本研究。通过单因素及多因素分析与皮肤鳞癌患者预后相关的危险因素。结果 单因素分析结果发现，患者年龄、肿瘤分化程度及治疗方法可能是影响患者总生存期的危险因素(P<0.05);多因素Cox分析显示，肿瘤的分化程度及治疗方案是影响预后的独立危险因素。结论 本地区皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者年龄、肿瘤分化程度及治疗方案可作为评估其预后的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the related factors affecting the prognosis of skin squamous cell in this area.Methods The patients with skin squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were diagnosed by pathology and screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.60 patients were included in the study.The age, sex, personal history, family history, pathological location, differentiation degree and treatment plan were analyzed.The risk factors related to prognosis of patients with skin squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed by single factor and multi factor.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that age, differentiation degree and treatment method of tumor may be the risk factors influencing the overall survival of patients(P<0.05);Multivariate Cox analysis showed that the differentiation degree and treatment plan of tumor were independent risk factors affecting prognosis.Conclusion Age, differentiation and treatment of skin squamous cell carcinoma in this area may be used as a reference index for evaluating prognosis.更多还原
