【摘要】 五体理论在中医临床辨证和辨病位起到重要作用,现代解剖结构如肌肉、皮肤、骨骼、动脉、静脉在五体中均有对应部位,而对于周围神经在五体中的归属不同学者则有不同看法。笔者在收集、整理《黄帝内经》及相关文献记载五体的相关内容,与周围神经对比后,认为周围神经与五体脉的结构、走行、生理特性以及临床症状相似,并结合针刺腧穴反应认为周围神经属五体中的脉。周围神经归属于脉不仅丰富了五体理论,也有助于指导中医临床对脉类疾病的诊断和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 The five-body theory of traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in clinical syndrome differentiation and disease location differentiation.Anatomical structures such as muscles, skin, bone, arteries and vessels all have corresponding parts in the five-body theory, while different scholars have different views on the belonging of peripheral nerves in the five-body.After collecting and sorting out the contents of the five bodies recorded in huangdi neijing and related literature, comparing with the peripheral nerves, the author believes that the peripheral nerves and the vessels are similar in structure, path, physiological characteristics and clinical symptoms, and combination with the acupoint reactions, I consider the peripheral nerves belong to vessels in the five-body theory.The attribution of peripheral nerves to vessels not only enriches the five-body theory, but also helps guide the diagnosis and treatment of vessels diseases in TCM.更多还原
