【Abstract】 Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) is the most common head and neck malignancy.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) has become a new hotspot in tumor research in recent years that is a process from epithelial cell phenotype to mesenchymal cell phenotype.EMT can promote the migration and invasion of oral squamous cancer cells, thereby promoting tumor metastasis and affecting the prognosis of patients.This article summarizes the current researches progress and will review in recent years of the related transcription factors, pathways, RNA,microorganisms and microenvironment in the EMT.更多还原
