肾素-血管紧张素系统与肿瘤关系的研究进展
Progress of the relationship between renin-angiotensin system and tumor
【摘要】 <正>根据GLOBOCAN 2020统计显示,2020年有1 930万新发癌症病例,近1 000万人死于癌症,是世界各地人群发病和死亡的重要原因[1]。肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system, RAS)是人体血压和体液平衡的主要控制系统之一,广泛存在于人体多种器官组织中,对维持心血管内稳态和水电解质平衡至关重要。除了这些影响外,近年来的研究显示RAS与肿瘤发生发展、血管的形成和转移密切相关。
【Abstract】 The renin-angiotensin system(RAS) is an important humoral regulatory system in human and essential for maintaining cardiovascular homeostasis and water-electrolyte balance.Recent studies have shown that RAS is closely related to tumor development, vascular formation and metastasis.RAS mainly acts through the classical ACE-AngⅡ-AT1 axis and the ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas alternative axis.The ACE-AngⅡ-AT1 axis is associated with the biological processes leading to tumors, while the ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas axis is the counter-regulatory axis of the ACE-AngⅡ-AT1 axis.The activation of the ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas axis plays an inhibitory role in the proliferation and metastasis of most tumors.In this paper, the relationship between these two axes and tumors was described.
