实验性急性右心衰竭可视化教程制作与应用

【摘要】 实验性急性右心衰竭是医学机能学实验课程中病理生理学专业的经典教学实验,是医学本科生的必修课程。作为一项综合性实验,由于其实验教学内容多,实验操作难度大,给师生带来了极大的困扰。为了有效地解决这一教学难题,文章探讨了实验性急性右心衰竭可视化教程的内容制作及实验教学应用,通过实验教学模式的改进,调动了学生学习的主动性,加强了学生对实验教学内容的理解和吸收,充分发挥了可视化技术在医学实验教学中的优势作用;同时,在降低动物麻醉死亡率,提升颈总动脉插管及右心室插管插管成功率等提高实验教学质量和效率方面进行了有益的探索。

【Abstract】 Experimental acute right heart failure is a classic pathophysiological teaching experiment in the functional experiment course, and a large quantity of experimental content and difficult experimental operations pose challenges for both teachers and students. In order to solve this problem, the authors made a visualized tutorial of experimental acute right heart failure and applied it to experimental teaching. The improvement of experimental teaching mode increased the students’ motivation in learning, facilitated their understanding and memorization of the teaching content, and the advantages of visualization technology were fully embodied. Other beneficial outcomes include reducing the anesthesia mortality of animals and increasing the success rates of common carotid artery intubation and right ventricular intubation, and the quality and efficiency of experimental teaching have thus been improved.
