营养学跨校修读与学分互认课程的实践与探索
Exploration on the interscholastic course of nutriology
【摘要】 营养学是辽宁省教育厅首批跨校修读与学分互认课程之一,具有通识性、应用性和受众面广的特点。自2014年开课以来,该课程不断完善,注重教学管理与师资队伍建设,针对不同受众的特点设定了相应的教学模块。教学模式主要通过辽宁省金课平台自主在线学习,也可选择线上线下混合式教学模式。考核方式采用平时考核成绩和期末考试成绩相结合的方式,以全面考查学生对营养学基础知识的掌握程度以及理论与实践相结合的能力。目前,营养学课程已相继被7所高校的2 598名学生修读,有效地解决了省内高校营养学课程资源不足的矛盾,同时也促进了高校间的交流合作以及优质教育资源的共建与共享。
【Abstract】 With its characteristics of general education, applicability, and a wide audience, the course of “Nutriology” was approved by the Education Department of Liaoning Province as one of the first batch of interscholastic courses, whose credits can be transferred. Since 2014 when it was established, this course has been continuously improved, focusing on teaching management and teaching staff construction, and different teaching modules have been designed to cater for different students. The autonomous online learning is based on the Golden Course Platform of Liaoning Province, and a blended online and offline teaching pattern can also be adopted. The assessment includes ongoing formative assessment and summative assessment to comprehensively evaluate students’ performance, mainly their mastery of the basic knowledge of nutriology and their ability to combine theory with practice. The course of “Nutriology” has been taken by 2 598 students from seven colleges and universities, and the problem of insufficient teaching resources has been effectively solved. In this way, interscholastic communication and cooperation can be promoted, and the co-construction and sharing of high-quality educational resources can be realized.
