【摘要】 动物生理学实验课程是高校锻炼学生综合实践能力的重要课程。课题组以家兔为实验材料，利用成都泰盟BL-420N生物信息采集与分析系统，通过实验方法的改进，设计了家兔血压、呼吸和泌尿调节综合实验。该实验利用一只家兔完成，实验改进措施包括：使用留置针进行麻醉和多种试剂的注射；使用蛙心夹夹住腹部皮肤而非进行开胸手术进行呼吸运动的描记；利用尿道插管导尿取代将膀胱/输尿管插管导尿以收集尿液。通过实验改进方法，提高了综合实验的实验效率，节约了实验成本，使学生的综合实践能力和科研创新能力得到了极大提高，同时发散思维得到了拓展，收到了较好的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Animal physiology experiment is an important course designed for students to develop comprehensive practical ability. A comprehensive physiology experiment was designed to include three minor experiments of the regulation of the blood pressure, the regulation of respiratory movement, and urine formation in the same rabbit. A Chengdu Taimeng BL-420 N biological information acquisition and analysis system was used in the experiment, and three improved methods are(1) using an indwelling needle for anesthesia and injection of various reagents,(2) clamping the abdominal skin rather than performing thoracotomy to trace respiratory movement,(3) using urethral catheterization instead of bladder/ureter catheterization to collect urine. These measures improved the efficiency of comprehensive experiments, reduced the experiment cost, and enhanced the comprehensive practical ability and innovation ability of scientific research in students. The divergent thinking was expanded, and better teaching effect was achieved.更多还原
