【摘要】 医学机能学实验是基础医学与临床前沿相连通的桥梁课程，课程的开展以动物实验为重要前提。在机能学实验教学中，教师通过增强学生伦理观念，培养对实验动物的责任感，从减少、替代、优化动物实验的每一个细节入手，在麻醉、手术、给药、处死等实验教学的每一环节，都采取具体措施改善动物福利，不断提升医学生关爱生命、敬畏生命的人文素养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiments of medical functional science is a bridge course connecting basic medicine and clinical practice, and it involves a large number of animal experiments. In the experimental teaching, the authors have reduced, replaced, and refined the details of animal experiments, and taken specific measures to improve animal welfare in the links of anesthesia, surgery, administration, and sacrifice. The teachers have thus enhanced ethical awareness in students, improved their sense of responsibility, and promoted their humanistic quality of respecting life.更多还原
