【摘要】 绍兴市网络大城市建设具有一定的基础和条件，其实质是提升绍兴在杭绍甬地区的地位，增强城市竞争力。通过梳理论述网络大城市建设的基础、内容、核心等方面的文献，运用引力模型分析绍兴市各区、县(市)的经济联系，指出当前绍兴市网络大城市建设体制机制上存在区域间联系的顶层设计、产业发展中小微企业参与度、平等协作关系等方面有待加强和提升的问题，后续网络大城市建设需要通过建立健全集中力量办大事合作机制、横向协同健全一体化推进机制、自上而下创新网络大城市建设体制机制等措施层层推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shaoxing boasts certain foundation and prerequisites in the construction of its network big city image, the essence of which is to enhance Shaoxing’s status in the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo region, thus strengthening the city’s competitiveness. By combing the literature that explores the basis, content, and core, etc. concerning the construction of network cities, and using the gravity model, the present paper attempts to analyze the economic relations of districts, and counties(cities) in Shaoxing. The paper concludes that there are some institutional obstacles in the construction of Shaoxing as a network city, e.g. the top-level design of regional connections is to be strengthened, the participation of small, medium and micro enterprises in industrial development enhanced, and the equal and cooperative relationship strengthened. The follow-up construction of a network city should be promoted by establishing and improving the cooperation mechanism of concentrating forces on major events, the horizontal coordination and improvement of the integrated promotion mechanism, and the top-down innovation of the system and mechanism for the construction of large network cities.更多还原
