【摘要】 为给云南省乃至全国的自然保护地整合优化提供参考，以自然保护地调查和评估为基础，梳理、分析了大理州自然保护地现状、问题，整合优化的主要矛盾冲突与难点及其化解途径和方法，并按照自然保护地整合优化相关技术规范，提出了全州原有48个自然保护地整合优化为35个保护地的方案，即通过整合优化全州保护范围扩大，将重要生态区位、典型生态系统和珍稀濒危野生动植物全部纳入保护；有效解决了自然保护地交叉重叠和矛盾冲突问题；构建区域内更为科学合理的自然保护地体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to provide a reference for the integration and optimization of the protected natural area in the whole province and even the whole country, the current status and problems of the Dali protected natural area were analyzed based on the investigation and evaluation, regarding the main contradictions, conflicts and difficulties of the integration and optimization. The solutions and methods concerned were developed. The original 48 natural protected areas were merged into 35 protected areas through integrating and optimizing the protection scope of the whole prefecture, important ecological locations, typical ecosystems and rare and endangered wild animals and plants, which effectively solve the problems of overlapping and conflicts in protected natural areas.更多还原
