【摘要】 目的：探讨三仁汤加减配合协定处方灌肠治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法：选取2018年1月—2020年1月接收的湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者84例，采用数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组应用西医常规治疗+甲硝唑保留灌肠，观察组应用三仁汤加减配合协定处方灌肠。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、症状消失时间与治疗前后的中医症候积分及其炎症水平变化情况，并分析随访后复发率。结果：观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组中医症候积分及其炎症水平比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后，观察组中医症候积分、炎症水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者应用三仁汤加减配合协定处方灌肠治疗效果显著，可减少炎症反应和不良反应，且康复速度更快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of sanren decoction combined with an agreement prescription enema in the treatment of damp-heat ulcerative colitis.Methods: A total of 84 patients with damp-heat ulcerative colitis received in hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly grouped by the number table method.They were divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 42 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine + metronidazole retention enema, and the observation group was treated with sanren decoction plus or minus agreed prescription enema.The treatment effect, the incidence of adverse reactions, the time of symptom disappearance between the two groups were compared with the traditional chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment and the changes in inflammation levels between the two groups, and the recurrence rate after follow-up was analyzed.Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group in the traditional chinese medicine syndrome score and inflammation level(P>0.05),after treatment, the traditional chinese medicine syndrome score and inflammation level in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment effect of sanren decoction plus contracted enema for patients with damp-heat ulcerative colitis can reduce inflammation and adverse reactions, and the recovery speed is faster.更多还原
