白酒节能蒸馏系统输出酒流量控制性能研究

【摘要】 为实现白酒节能蒸馏系统输出酒量精确调整,建立了白酒节能蒸馏系统输出酒量开环传递函数,基于Simulink搭建了白酒节能蒸馏系统输出酒流量仿真模型,分别采用果蝇算法和Ziegler-Nichols算法对输出酒量PID控制器参数进行优化,分析了阶跃信号、正弦信号、随机信号下的白酒节能蒸馏系统输出酒流量控制性能的优化效果。研究结果表明:阶跃响应下,基于果蝇算法,输出酒流量超调量减小了1.41%,调整时间降低了0.449 s,稳态误差减小0.003 L/min;正弦信号激励下,基于果蝇算法和Ziegler-Nichols算法优化的系统跟踪性能均较好;随机信号频率增加,基于果蝇算法的波动范围较小。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve precise adjustment of liquor output flow in white spirit energy saving distillation system, the open-loop transfer function for white spirit energy saving distillation system was established. Based on Simulink, the simulation model of output liquor flow of white spirit energy saving distillation system was built. The parameters of output alcohol flow PID controller are optimized by Drosophila algorithm and Ziegler-Nichols algorithm respectively. The optimization effect of liquor output control performance of white spirit energy saving distillation system under step signal, sinusoidal signal and random signal was analyzed. The results show that: under the step response, based on the fruit fly algorithm, the output liquor flow overshoot is reduced by 1.41%, and the adjustment time is reduced by 0.449 s and the steady-state error is reduced by 0.003 L/min; under sinusoidal excitation, the tracking performance of the system optimized by Drosophila algorithm and Ziegler-Nichols algorithm is better; with the increase of random signal frequency, the fluctuation range based on Drosophila algorithm is small.
