基于有限元的渐开线花键接触分析
Involute Spline Contact Analysis Based on Finite Element
【摘要】 基于渐开线花键联接原理,通过有限元法建立高精度的有限元模型,对存在角不对中误差的渐开线花键的接触应力进行了分析,并与国标提供的解析法方式获得的最大接触应力数值进行了对比。对比发现:现有标准中花键强度的计算方式无法考虑载荷、误差、弹性等因素对花键应力的影响,并且系数的选取范围较大、选取依据不明确。因此,应针对具体情况中的花键参数(公差、结构参数、载荷工况等)进行修正,形成花键强度计算的行业标准。
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of involute spline connection, a high-precision finite element model is established by finite element method, and the contact stress of involute spline with angular misalignment error is analyzed, and the contact stress is compared with that calculated by analytical method provided by national standard. By comparison, it is found that the calculation formula of spline strength in the existing standard cannot consider the influence of load, error, elasticity and other factors on spline stress, and the selection range of coefficient is large and the selection basis is not clear. Therefore, the spline parameters(tolerance, structural parameters, load conditions, etc.) in specific situations should be corrected to form the industry standard of spline strength calculation.
