【摘要】 利用加载时轿底中心的变形规律，研制出相应的电梯超载保护装置检测仪。该检测仪总体由光栅测微装置和位移检测仪组成。利用该装置分别对不同承载标准的电梯进行测试，结果表明该装置不仅提高了检测结果的精确性，为电梯的运行提供了保障，而且简化了检测流程，使得工作时无需按超载载荷的实际重量搬运砝码，提高了检测效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the deformation law of the center of the car bottom during loading, a corresponding elevator overload protection device detector is developed. The detector is generally composed of a grating micrometer device and a displacement detector. The device is used to test elevators with different load-bearing standards respectively. The results show that the device not only improves the accuracy of the detection results and provides guarantee for the operation of the elevator, but also simplifies the detection process, so that it is not necessary to carry the weight according to the actual weight of the overloaded load, and the detection efficiency is improved.更多还原
