【摘要】 目的:对生育调适量表（FAS）进行汉化并检验其信效度。方法:根据美国矫形外科医师学会循证医学委员会（AAOS）推荐的跨文化调适过程指南对FAS进行汉化，选取唐山市459例不孕不育病人对量表进行信效度评价。结果:中文版FAS包括3个维度，共12个条目。量表条目的内容效度指数（I-CVI）为0.80～1.00，量表的平均内容效度指数（S-CVI/Ave）为0.97。探索性因子分析共提取特征根值大于1的公因子3个，累计解释方差贡献率为52.032%。验证性因子分析显示模型拟合结果理想。量表Cronbach′s α系数为0.792，各维度Cronbach′s α系数为0.623～0.694，重测信度为0.920。结论:中文版FAS具有良好的信效度，能够客观、准确地测量我国不孕不育病人生育调适水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To translate the Fertility Adjustment Scale(FAS)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity. Methods:According to the intercultural adjustment process guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons(AAOS),the English version of FAS was sinicized. The reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated in 459 infertility patients in Tangshan. Results:The Chinese version of FAS included 12 items in 3 dimensions. The content validity index of items in the scale ranged from 0. 80 to 1. 00,and the average content validity index of the total scale was 0. 97. The exploratory factor analysis(EFA)extracted 3 common factors with eigenvalues>1,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 52. 032%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well. The Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0. 792,and Cronbach′s α coefficients of each item ranged from 0. 623 to0. 694. The retest reliability of the scale was 0. 920. Conclusions:The Chinese version of FAS had good reliability and validity,and which could objectively and accurately measure the fertility adjustment level of infertility patients in China.更多还原
