【Abstract】 To analyze and interpret of "clinical practice guidelines for a palliative approach to caring the last 12 months of life(2020 edition)",then summarized the contents and practice strategies of 11 recommendations in 3 categories,which were interprofessional nursing model,nurse-led palliative care measures,continuing education and skill training for interprofessional palliative care teams. The aim is to provide reference for hospice practice in China and promote the development of hospice in overcoming obstacles to achieve high quality.更多还原
