泡沫镍原位生长CuCo2O4电极及其析氢性能研究
In situ growth of CuCo2O4 electrode by Ni foam and its performance for hydrogen evolution
【摘要】 过渡金属已被证明是一种良好的电催化析氢材料。以泡沫镍作为基底材料,通过溶剂热-煅烧的方法将CuCo2O4原位生长在泡沫镍上,制备CuCo2O4/NF电极。通过多种表征手段对材料的微观形貌和元素组成进行了表征,通过阴极极化曲线和塔菲尔斜率测试了材料在酸性介质中的电化学析氢性能。电化学测试数据表明,CuCo2O4/NF电极在电流密度为10 mA/cm2时的过电位为208 mV,塔菲尔斜率为216 mV/dec,经过12 h的稳定性测试后,电流密度几乎没有下降,说明该催化剂具有良好的析氢性能和稳定性。
【Abstract】 Transition metal has been proved to be a good electrocatalytic material for hydrogen evolution.Using foamed nickel as substrate material, CuCo2O4 was grown in situ on foamed nickel by solvothermal calcination method to prepare CuCo2O4/NF electrode.The micro morphology and element composition of the material were characterized by a variety of characterization methods.The electrochemical hydrogen evolution performance of the material in acidic medium was tested by cathodic polarization curve and Tafel slope.Electrochemical test data show that, when the current density of CuCo2O4/NF electrode is 10 mA/cm2,the over potential is 208 MV,Tafel slope is 216 mV/dec, after 12 h stability test, the current density hardly decreased, it shows that the catalyst has good hydrogen evolution performance and stability.
