【摘要】 EO加合数(nEO=3,5,7)对油醇醚硫酸盐性能的影响,通过对不含EO的油醇硫酸盐(SOS)与油醇醚硫酸盐(OEnS)进行性能研究,结果表明:OEnS较SOS在硬水中的稳定性好;EO含量越多,OEnS的Krafft点越低,耐盐耐碱性越好,其中OE7S Krafft点低于0℃,耐盐性大于300 g/L,耐碱性高达150 g/L;SOS对JB-01去污性较好,OEnS对JB-03去污性较好;OEnS相较于SOS体系的润湿性,乳化性,起泡性及稳泡性较差。

【Abstract】 Research of EO addition number(nEO =3,5,7) effect on the performance of oleyl ether sulfate, and the properties of sodium oleyl sulfate(SOS) without EO and oleyl ether sulfate(OEnS) were studied.Results showed that the stability of OEnS was better than that of SOS in hard water, and the more EO content, the lower the Krafft point of OEnS,the better the salt and alkali resistance, where the Krafft point of OE7S was less than 0 ℃,the salt resistance was more than 300 g/L,and the alkali resistance was up to 150 g/L.SOS showed better detergency for JB-01,while OEnS had better detergency for JB-03.Compared with SOS system, OEnS had poor wettability, emulsification, foamability and foam stability.
