新型混合工艺用于含铝炸药制备研究
Study on preparation of aluminum-containing explosive by a new mixing process
【摘要】 采用声共振混合工艺对含铝塑料粘结炸药(PBX)的高效混合及性能进行研究。实验量级为100 g,混合加速度变化范围为0~60 g (g=9.8 m/s~2)。在30~70 Hz频率条件下控制范围内变化,研究混合时间和加速度,振动幅值对Al/HMX/氟橡胶,Al/TATB/氟橡胶高粘态物料混合效果的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察测试了混合均匀度,并对混合炸药的力学性能进行评估。混合效率和效果受不同物料状态的影响较为显著,在一定范围内,混合振幅越大,混合效率越高,100 g量级的均匀混合时间在300 s左右。研究结果可用于指导PBX炸药及其他高黏态高固含量物料体系的声共振混合。
【Abstract】 Acoustic resonance mixing technology was used to study the high efficiency mixing and performance of aluminum-containing plastic bonded explosive(PBX).The experimental magnitude was 100 g, and the mixing acceleration varied from 0 to 60 g(g=9.8 m/s~2).The effects of mixing time, acceleration and vibration amplitude on the mixing effect of Al/HMX/FBR and Al/TATB/FBR were studied under the control range of 30~70 Hz.The mixing uniformity was measured by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and observation, and the mechanical properties of the mixed explosives were evaluated.The mixing efficiency and effect are significantly affected by different material states.In a certain range, the larger the mixing amplitude is, the higher the mixing efficiency is.The uniform mixing time of 100 g is about 300 s.The results can be used to guide the acoustic resonance mixing of PBX explosive and other materials with high viscosity and high solid content.
