两种转速下A/O型生物转笼启动挂膜研究

【摘要】 生物转笼是一种生物膜法污水处理技术,其污水处理效果取决于生物膜的生长情况,如何快速高效启动生物转笼反应器是获得良好污水处理性能的关键。在两种不同的生物转笼转速下(M1生物转笼6 r/min、M2生物转笼4 r/min),对生物转笼挂膜及污染物的去除情况进行研究。结果表明,M2相比M1提前7d挂膜完成,对COD、NH+4去除差异不明显,均可达到90%以上,但对TN、PO3-4去除差异显著,M2相比M1对TN、PO3-4去除分别提高了9.68%,14.13%。较低的生物转笼转速更有利于生物膜生长,挂膜时间更短,生物膜厚度更厚,且污染物去除效果更好。

【Abstract】 Bio-rotating cage reactor is a kind of biofilm wastewater treatment technology, and its treatment efficiency depends on the growth of biofilm.How to quickly and efficiently start the biological cage reactor is the key to obtain good sewage treatment performance.Under two different rotation speeds of the bio-rotating cage(6r/min for M1 bio-rotating cage, 4r/min for M2 bio-rotating cage),the removal of membranes and pollutants in the bio-rotating cage was studied.The results showed that M2 was completed 7 d earlier than M1,and the difference in COD and NH+4 removal was not obvious, and both could reach more than 90%,but the difference in removal of TN and PO3-4 was significant.Compared with M1,the removal of TN and PO3-4 by M2 was significant.Increased by 9.68% and 14.13% respectively.The above results indicate that a lower rotation speed of the bio-rotating cage reactor is more conducive to the growth of biofilms, the filming time is shorter, the average biofilm thickness is thicker, and the pollutant removal efficiency is better.
