油气藏改造酸化用缓蚀剂研究现状及未来发展方向

【摘要】 综述了国内外油气藏改造酸化过程中使用的缓蚀剂的发展状况,深入探讨了缓蚀剂作用机理,分析了缓蚀剂配方组成,针对应用范围较广的季铵盐型、曼尼希碱型和其他类型缓蚀剂进行了详细阐述,同时根据化学合成的缓蚀剂对生物和环境具有一定毒性,指出了未来酸化用缓蚀剂开发向着绿色、高效、环保的方向发展。

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the development of corrosion inhibitors used in the process of acidification transformation of oil and gas deposits at home and abroad, further discusses the mechanism of corrosion inhibitors, analyzes the composition of corrosion inhibitors, and expounds in detail the quaternary ammonium salt type, Mannich alkali type and other corrosion inhibitors with wide application range.Besides, according that the chemically synthesized corrosion inhibitors is partly toxic to organisms and the environment, this paper also points out that the development of corrosion inhibitors for acidizing in the future will be green, efficient and environmentally friendly.
