混床树脂工作层与溶液离子浓度的分布规律研究

【摘要】 混床在运行过程中,进水溶液跟离子交换树脂发生离子交换,使树脂在空间上呈现不同的型态分布。采用模拟实验装置进行混床运行实验,从离子交换柱不同高度出水取样检测电导率、Na+浓度、Cl-浓度等指标,作出电导率、Na+浓度、Cl-浓度等指标的空间分布曲线,得到树脂工作层的分布规律,并探究进水离子浓度对树脂工作层分布状况的影响。结果表明,树脂层沿水流方向按“失效层-工作层-未工作层”的规律分布,失效层厚度随进水电导率升高而升高,工作层厚度则表现为升高到一定值后不变;失效层内各阴阳离子的饱和型态树脂层的出现一般按离子选择性顺序排列,唯独Ca2+表现出很差的吸附效果。根据实验的现象和结论,对混床实际现场运行时的失效控制、状态评估与参数改进提出一些参考建议。

【Abstract】 During the operation of the mixed bed, an ion exchange process occurs between the influent and the ion exchange resin, which makes the resin present different distribution patterns in space.The sampling water from different height of ion exchange column was detected.The simulation experiment device was used to carry out the mixing bed operation experiment, the water samples from different height of the ion exchange column were taken to detect the electrial conductivity, Na+concentration, Cl- concentration and other indicators, and the space distribution curve of electrial conductivity, Na+,Cl-,Ca2+ were drawn to get the distribution rules of resin working layer.Also, the influence of inlet water quality on the resin working layer was discussed.The results show that the resin layer is distributed along the flow direction according to the law of “failure layer, working layer and no working layer”,and the thickness of the failure layer increases with the increase of influent concentration, while the thickness of the working layer remains unchanged after increasing to a certain value.The saturated resin layers of anion and cation in the failure layer are generally arranged according to the order of ion selectivity, but only Ca2+ shows a poor adsorption effect.According to the phenomenon and conclusion of the experiment, some suggestions for failure control, state evaluation and parameter improvement in the actual field operation of the mixed bed are put forward.
