退休年龄制度对家庭劳动供给的影响

【摘要】 基于我国法定退休年龄制度,运用模糊断点回归方法考察女性退休对其配偶劳动供给的影响,研究发现,女性退休会导致其配偶退休概率提高,劳动参与率降低,对工作时间无显著影响;机制研究表明,女性的自身健康状况在女性退休对配偶劳动供给的影响中发挥了中介效应。考察延迟退休年龄对家庭劳动供给造成的影响可以发现,男性延迟退休年龄会提高女性的劳动参与率,对女性的退休及工作时间无显著影响。因此,延迟退休年龄能够促进家庭劳动供给、增加家庭财富积累,但延迟退休年龄的相关政策应充分考虑在家庭内部的溢出效应,立足于家庭,渐进式逐步实施。

【Abstract】 That women′s retirement will increase their spouse′s retirement probability and decrease their labor participation rate,which has no significant effect on working hours. That women′s own health status plays a mediating role in the impact of female retirement on the labor supply of spouses. At the same time,the possible impact of delayed retirement age on family labor supply is investigated. Men′s delayed retirement age increases women′s labor force participation rate. There was no significant effect on women′s retirement and working hours.cumulation. However,policies related to delaying the retirement age should fully consider the spillover effect within households. The policy should be implemented gradually based on the family.
