肿瘤微环境在结肠炎相关的结直肠癌中的作用研究进展
Research Progress on the Role of Tumor Microenvironment in Colitis-Related Colorectal Cancer
【摘要】 当前,结肠炎相关的结直肠癌的发生及发展的分子机制成为人们关注的焦点,但其潜在的突变基因、蛋白以及相应的信号通路仍有待探究。众所周知,结肠炎相关的结直肠癌是由肠上皮细胞在炎性微环境中突变发展成为肿瘤。肿瘤炎症微环境对于肿瘤的发生发展起着重要的作用,细胞因子、肠道菌群和肠内外免疫细胞是结肠炎相关的结直肠癌肿瘤炎症微环境的重要组成部分,与肠上皮细胞转化为肿瘤细胞,肿瘤细胞的增殖分化、侵袭转移、血管生成以及治疗的耐药性密切相关。探究细胞因子、免疫细胞、肠道菌群等在结肠炎相关的结直肠癌的作用对于治疗和改善患者生存质量具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 At present, the molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of colitis-associated colorectal cancer has become the focus of attention, but its potential mutant genes, proteins and corresponding signaling pathways remain to be explored. It is well known that colorectal cancer associated with colitis develops into a tumor from the mutation of intestinal epithelial cells in the inflammatory microenvironment. The tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. Cytokines, intestinal flora, intestinal and extraintestinal immune cells are important components of the tumor microenvironment of colitis-associated colorectal cancer. Transformation of cells into tumor cells, tumor cell proliferation and differentiation, invasion and metastasis,angiogenesis, and treatment resistance are closely related. Explore the role of cytokines, immune cells and intestinal flora in colitis-associated colorectal cancer is of great significance for the treatment and improvement of the quality of life of patients.
