功能化环氧树脂涂层的研究进展

【摘要】 冲刷腐蚀会导致金属管道材料流失和寿命缩短,影响生产管道的正常运行,而功能化的防腐蚀耐磨涂层能减缓腐蚀进而延长管道的使用寿命。介绍了常用环氧树脂基体涂层的发展、氧化石墨烯增强环氧树脂的防腐蚀性能、碳化硅等无机物增强涂层的耐磨性、碳纤维等增强涂层的增韧性等方面的研究进展,展望了环氧树脂涂料的发展趋势。

【Abstract】 Corrosion or erosion led to the material loss of metal pipeline and the shortening of pipeline service life, which affected normal operation of the production; while the functional anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coating could slow down or inhibit corrosion to prolong the pipeline service life. In this paper, the development of common epoxy coatings, the anti-corrosion performance of graphene oxide reinforced epoxy resin, the wear resistance of inorganic reinforced coatings such as silicon carbide and the toughening of reinforced coatings such as carbon fiber were introduced. Moreover, development trend of epoxy coatings was prospected.
