食品接触用塑料在物理回收过程中非有意添加物及其来源进展

【摘要】 目前,再生塑料已广泛应用于纺织、工业包装、汽车配件等领域,但是,其在食品包装领域中的应用仍处于起步阶段。食品接触用再生塑料在回收过程中产生大量的副反应产物、降解产物、污染物等非有意添加物(NIAS)。NIAS可以从再生塑料制品中迁移至食品,从而造成食品安全问题。非有意添加物的来源极其复杂,因此,首先概述塑料回收加工工艺,重点关注塑料回收过程和制品加工过程中降解反应、副反应和污染物3方面的非有意添加物的来源,有利于生产企业改善其回收工艺流程,降低非有意添加物的产生,有效地保证了再生塑料制品的质量,为后续的再生塑料安全研究提供依据。

【Abstract】 At present, recycled plastics have been widely used in textile, industrial packaging, auto parts and other fields, but in the field of food packaging it still remains in its infancy. In the process of recycled plastics food contact plastics, a large number of non-intentionally added substances(NIAS) such as side reaction products, degradation products and pollutants can be generated. Such NIAS can migrate from recycled plastics to food, thus causing food safety problems. Due to the source of the NIAS are extremely complex, this review first summarizes plastic recycling process, focusing on the degradation reaction, side reaction, and pollutant sources of three aspects of NIAS in the manufacturing process of recycling and producing process, to help enterprises to improve the recovery process and reduce the NIAS. It can effectively guarantee the quality of recycled plastic products and provide a certain basis for the follow-up research of recycled plastic safety.
