基于灰色关联-田口法的汽车后保险杠注塑工艺参数多目标优化
Multi Objective Optimization of Injection Molding Process Parameters of Automobile Rear Bumper Based on Grey-Taguchi Method
【摘要】 汽车后保险杠为大型薄壁塑件,在生产中容易产生翘曲、体积收缩等缺陷。为减轻由翘曲和体积收缩产生的注塑件质量问题,利用Moldfolw软件对其进行分析。以降低翘曲变形量和缩痕指数为质量目标,以保压压力、保压时间、熔体温度和冷却形式4个工艺参数为影响因素,采用田口实验法制定优化方案,并利用灰色关联分析法将多质量目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题,通过模拟分析,得到了各工艺参数对质量目标的影响程度、趋势及最佳工艺参数组合。分析结果表明,与传统直流冷却形式相比,随形冷却对翘曲变形量以及缩痕指数均有显著优化作用,提高了塑件制品质量。
【Abstract】 Automobile rear bumper was a large thin-walled plastic part, which was prone to warpage, volume shrinkage and other problems in production. In order to solve this problem, the multi-objective optimization problem was transformed into a single objective optimization problem by using Taguchi experiment method and grey relational analysis method, with warpage deformation and shrinkage index as the quality objectives and holding pressure, holding time, melt temperature and cooling form as the influencing factors, the best combination of process parameters was obtained. According to the analysis results, compared with the traditional DC cooling, the conformal cooling had obvious optimization effect on the warpage deformation and shrinkage index, and improved the quality of plastic parts.
