基于AMESim的采伐机液压行走系统设计与仿真
Design and Simulation of the Hydraulic Walking System of the Harvester Based on AMESim
【摘要】 针对我国南方林区的作业环境与轮式采伐机底盘结构的技术特点,分析采伐机液压行走系统工作原理,参考国外设计方案,设计与研究采伐机半变量静液压复合传动行走系统。在建立采伐机林区坡地行驶的地面力学模型的基础上,进行液压系统元件选型,同时对2种方案采用AMESim平台进行液压行走系统建模与仿真。仿真结果表明,相同工况下,变量马达方案较定量马达控制更复杂,行驶速度与理论相比误差更大。定量马达方案液压行走系统能分别以6.8 km/h爬上20°坡道,以22.25 km/h平稳行驶在平坦林道,参数基本达到理论设计要求。所设计系统具有良好的可行性,可为采伐机行走机构液压系统创新设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 According to the working environment of the southern forest region of China and the technical characteristics of the chassis structure of the wheeled harvester, the working principle of the hydraulic running system of the harvester is analyzed, and the semi variable hydrostatic compound transmission walking system of the harvester is designed and studied with reference to the foreign design scheme. Based on the terramechanics model of harvester driving on forest slope, the components of the hydraulic system are selected, and the hydraulic walking system is modeled and simulated by AMESim terrace for the two schemes. The simulation results indicate that under the same working conditions, the scheme of variable displacement motor is more complicated to control than the scheme of fixed displacement motor, and the error of driving speed is greater than that of theory. The hydraulic traveling system of fixed displacement motor scheme can climb the 20 ° ramp at 6.8 km/h, drive smoothly on the flat forest road at 22.25 km/h respectively. The parameters basically meet the theoretical design requirements, and the designed system is known to be good feasibility. It can provide a reference for the innovative design of the hydraulic system of the walking mechanism of the harvester.
