【摘要】 目的 对在研究周期内笔者所在医院收治并使用微创经皮礼盒缝合法治疗的跟腱断裂患者进行统计分析，并对照近年相关文献数据，以期能够证实经皮礼盒缝合法既具有Krackow缝合法的可靠性，又兼具微创手术的切口方面优势。方法 这是一项回顾性研究，对2018年1月-2019年12月我院收治的12例急性跟腱断裂病人，使用新技术经皮Giftbox缝合法进行治疗，临床效果以美国足踝外科协会（The American Orthopaedic Foot&Ankle Society, AOFAS）踝和后足评分、并发症、踝关节跖屈活动度（Range of motion, ROM）、穿鞋是否出现不适及Arner-Lindholm评分进行评价。结果 AOFAS评分：在术后3个月时为84分～95分，在12个月时93分～100分，踝关节活动度（ROM）:3个月时20°～30°，12个月时30°～40°。无一例出现穿鞋不适，Arner-Lindholm评分结果：优秀10例（83.3%），良好2例（16.6%），差0例。优良率为100%。结论 经皮Giftbox缝合法被用来修复急性跟腱断裂，同时具有微创手术切口并发症少及Krackow缝合法良好的可靠性等优点，是治疗跟腱断裂的一种良好的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To perform percutaneous Giftbox suture for acute Achilles tendon rupture with a special tool, a technique having both the reliability of Krackow suture and the incision advantages of minimally invasive surgery. Methods This was a retrospective study. Between January 2018 and December 2019, 12 cases of acute Achilles tendon rupture were admitted into the 1st Hospital of Baotou Medical Collage, and were treated with the new technology of percutaneous Giftbox suture. The clinical effect were estimated by AOFAS score,complications, range of movement(ROM) of ankles, problems with shoes wearing and Arner-Lindholm score.Results The AOFAS scores were 84～95 at 3 months and 93～100 at 12 months. The ROM of ankles were 20°～30° at 3 months and 30 °～40 ° at 12 months. Arner-Lindholm score showed that there were 10 cases being excellent(83.3 %), 2 cases being good(16.6 %) and 0 case being poor. The total of excellent and good rates was 100 %.Conclusion Percutaneous Giftbox suture can be used to repair acute Achilles tendon rupture, and it has the advantages of less wound complications and good reliability. Thus it is a good choice for the treatment of Achilles tendon rupture.更多还原
