【摘要】 目的 探讨负压封闭引流治疗骨科腔隙创面的临床疗效方法 选取2019年10月至2020年10月铁岭市中心医院收治的70例骨科腔隙创面患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。观察组患者采用负压封闭引流治疗,对照组患者采用常规碘伏纱布引流治疗,对比观察两组患者创面引流时间、皮瓣开始移植时间、住院时间、治疗费用及血清炎症因子水平、Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分情况结果 观察组患者创面引流时间、皮瓣开始移植时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(t=6.613、6.293、6.905,P均<0.001),治疗费用明显少于对照组(t=5.175,P<0.001);治疗1周后,观察组患者白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均明显低于对照组,GCQ评分明显高于对照组(t=3.279、6.785、4.170,P均<0.001)。结论 负压封闭引流治疗骨科腔隙创面,可明显降低血清IL-6、CRP水平,缩短创面引流时间、皮瓣开始移植时间及住院时间,提高患者舒适度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in the treatment of orthopedic lacunar wounds.Methods 70 patients with orthopedic lacunar wounds,admitted to Tieling Central Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020,were enrolled as research subjects and divided,using the random number table,into study group and control group,35 cases in each group.Patients in study group were treated with VSD,while patients in control group with the conventional drainage of Povidone Iodine gauze.The two groups were observed and compared in terms of wound drainage time,time of flap grafting,length of stay,treatment cost,levels of serum inflammatory cytokines,and Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ) score of patients.Results The wound drainage time,time of flap grafting and length of stay were significantly shorter in study group compared with control group(t=6.613,6.293 and 6.905,all P <0.001),and the treatment cost was significantly less than control group(t=5.175,P <0.001);after 1 week of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6) and C-reactive protein(CRP) of patients in study group were significantly lower than control group,while the GCQ score was significantly higher(t=3.279,6.785 and 4.170,all P <0.001).Conclusion VSD in the treatment of orthopedic lacunar wounds can significantly reduce the levels of serum IL-6 and CRP,and shorten wound drainage time,the time of flap grafting and length of stay,thus improving the comfort of patients.更多还原
